Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important, and all offerings are created with care. Because my coaching programs and digital products involve immediate access to materials and intellectual property, the following refund conditions apply.

Digital Products

Due to the instant access nature of digital products (such as audio bundles, guides and handouts), all sales are final and non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Group Coaching Programs (Love Wisely)

Enrolment secures your place in a live coaching container with limited capacity. For this reason:

• Refunds are not available after purchase

• If a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all remaining payments

• Transfers to later rounds are not guaranteed and assessed case by case

If the program is cancelled by me, you will receive a full refund.
