Hi, I’m Dr. Gemma Gladstone and after 28 years as a clinical psychologist, I'm now a Coach helping women break unhealthy relationship patterns through working with them to re-write their outdated Love Template.  

For 25+ years, I’ve helped women uncover the deeper emotional patterns - including schemas & attachment templates - that shaped their relationship choices, their self-worth and the way they showed up in love.

I work with emotionally intelligent, self-reflective women who are tired of repeating painful cycles with emotionally unavailable or narcissistic men - women who know they’re ready for something better, but just haven’t had the right map.
